Amore Pasta 101 needs two (2) Cooks who can start immediately. We are in Edmonton, Alberta. Preference will be given to cooks who have experience in Italian cuisine but not a job requirement. Training will be provided to cooks who want to learn Italian way of Cooking.
Wage: $17.50 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary school certificate
Experience: 1 – 2 years in the food service industry
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook seafood cuisine for buffet and individual dishes
- Prepare and cook special meals for patrons as required
- Maintain inventory and records of food (perishable and non-perishable), supplies and equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Specialize in preparing and cooking seafood cuisine or special dishes
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
