Café Amore is a family owned restaurant that specializes in Italian Cuisine. We need one (1) Chefs who can start immediately.
Wage: $21.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week
Term of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience: 1-2 years
Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skill; Team player; Flexibility; Organized; Dependability
Job Duties:
- Plan menus and direct kitchen operations.
- Interact with clients in menu preparation for special events
- Recruit and hire staff
- Demonstrate to the cooks and kitchen staff the preparation and cooking techniques
- Instruct kitchen staff in garnishing and presentation of food
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
- Ensure food meets quality standards
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
