BBQ Express is Calgary based restaurant small, family run, Asian barbecue spot
We are looking for One Food Service Supervisors who can start immediately.
Wage: $ 16.00 per hour for 35-44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply
Employment Conditions: Day; Evening; Weekend; Shift; Overtime
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary School Graduation Certificate
Experience:1 -2 years experience in a food-related industry
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion poultry meat or other items on our menu
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
