Salary: $28.00 to $29.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time / 35 to 40 hours per Week “part time welcome”
Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Morning, Shift, To be determined, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Coordinate the flow of information
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Train staff in procedures and in use of current software
- Complete insurance and other claim forms
- Maintain filing system
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
