Previous experience as a meat cutter is an asset. Duties Cut, trim, clean and prepare the different meats in standard pieces for retail and wholesale. Grind and slice the meat according to customer requirements. Marinate the meat with traditional spices for retail sale. Display the meat in a showcase for sale. Keep record of sales and maintain inventory as per requirement. Ensure Safe and hygienic storage of meat products. Maintain freshness of different meats. A salary of $ 23.00/hr. will be given with other benefits. Minimum work of 40 hrs./week will be given. Must be available on evenings and weekends. Must be able to communicate in English.
