Gill Bros Enterprises Ltd. Dba A & W Restaurant Located at unit 310-1200 Hunter Place, Squamish, BC,is hiring Line cooks for full-time and permanent position. Job duties would be to set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies, to prepare food for service, stock inventory appropriately, to follow and execute supervisor directions for preparing individual dishes, to comply with nutrition and sanitation/hygiene regulations, clean up station and store leftover food, to manage and train staff, determine size of food portions, to track and report food waste issues. No specific education is required. Minimum experience of 1 year or more as line cook is required. Knowledge of various ingredients and cooking methods, equipment and procedures would be an asset. Salary will be $18.50/hour. Must be available at weekends and evenings. Minimum work of 30 to 40Hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
