Hope Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd at 61980 Flood Hope Road, Hope, BC is hiring Diesel mechanics for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be
- to determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests,
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
- keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules;
- Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting components, parts, or systems,
- maintain vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting,
- maintain vehicle records by annotating services and repairs,
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers’ specifications
Minimum Education as completion of high school is required. Language required is English. Minimum experience of three year or more in relevant field is required. Minimum work of 30-40 hours per week will be given along with 2 days off per week. Salary of $45.00/hr will be given. Overtime will be paid if any. Other benefits as per company policy.
