Terms : 30-40hrs per week, Full time, Permanent
Wage rate: $ 20.50 per hour
Duties of Food Service Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 2-5 cashier and kitchen staff.
- Serve as main operator of the point of sales system and assist staff with issues related to the till.
- Ensure the store is opened and closed in a safe and secure manner
- Ensure all final food products meet Dairy Queen quality control standards.
- Handle online paperwork relating to company deposits and bills.
- Order ingredients for cake production; and make staff schedule.
- Liaise and assist the owners with matters relating to general operations.
- Handle customers complaints and try to resolve on spot.
- Participate in all inspections by health department and Franchisor
- Train the staff in duties
Requirements
Completion of secondary school.
Minimum experience of 7 months or more in food industry is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point of Sale System (POS) is an asset
Vacation: 4% gross salary
