Mundi SDR development dba Hyatt Place Prince George at 585 Dominion St, in Prince George, BC is hiring a Guest Service Attendant-hotel for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests upon their arrival.
- Provide customer service.
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they are prepared and in proper order.
- Provide information about room features, hotel services, and local attractions.
- Offer assistance to guests with special needs.
- Manage group arrivals and departures.
- Receive and deliver messages and items for guests.
- Address guest complaints and requests, and oversee luggage storage areas.
Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Minimum education as completion of Secondary School.
Experience: No minimum experience required, on job training will be provided.
Job details
Salary: $22.00/hr for 30 to 40 hours per week
Overtime: After 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
