Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the building.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Clean windows, walls and water plants in summer
- Use machinery to remove snow in winter
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
