We need one (1) Food Service Supervisor who is willing to start immediately. We are in Nisku, Alberta where there is limited bus service.
Wage:
$15.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages:
Modest user of oral and written English language
Education:
Secondary school certificate
Experience:
2 – 3 years in food service industry

Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage; Establish work schedules; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Address customer complaints or concerns; Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; Establish methods to meet work schedules; Hire food service staff
