Total Transload is a one stop shop facility. From product handling and storage, to transloading and delivery, we offer simple solutions for all our customers logistical needs. Our integrated trucking company has allowed us to provide clients with seamless and consistent services. We need six (5) Truck Drivers. As a truck driver, you will be required to operate a tractor-trailer and haul commercial goods over long distances. You will be required to depart for destinations thousands of kilometres away from home. You will be required to be away home for several days per week or weeks at a time.
Wage: $27.00 per hour for 40 to 60 hours per week
As per Commercial Vehicle Drivers’ Hours of Service Regulation, Overtime will be paid after 60 hrs/week if truck driven out of Province.
Overtime will be paid after 10 hrs/day or 50 hrs/week if the truck is operated provincially in Alberta

Job Duties: Load and unload goods; Perform preventive maintenance; Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials; Pay and receive payment for good; Perform emergency roadside repairs; Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption; Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle; Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment; Receive and relay information to central dispatch; Drive as part of two-person team or convoy; Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50lbs)
Credentials: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement; Driver’s License (Class 1 or A)
