We need one (1) Food Service Supervisor who can start immediately. Our business location is in Nisku, Alberta.
Wage: $16.00 per hour for 35 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time
Applicant with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Job Duties:
- Supervise, direct, and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Set staff work schedules
- Ensure that food and service meet franchise standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintain minimum stock levels for day to day operations
- Order inventory from our designated suppliers
- Resolve customer complaints
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Ensure compliance with guidelines of Food Handling Permit issued by the Alberta Health Services
- Prepare reports
