Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $15 to $16 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Education: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience:
Food Service Supervisor: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: English
Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession
Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules
