Papa Giuseppe’s Kitchen & Catering needs one (1) Cook who can start immediately. Preference will be given to cooks who have experience in Italian cuisine, but this is not a job requirement. Training will be provided to cooks who want to learn this type of cuisine.
Wage: $16.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

Languages: English
Education: No formal education required
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook seafood cuisine for buffet and individual dishes
- Prepare and cook special meals for patrons as required
- Maintain inventory and records of food (perishable and non-perishable), supplies and equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Specialize in preparing and cooking seafood cuisine or special dishes
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
