This business offers accommodation, food and beverage and liquor retails. They are open daily from 6:30am for breakfast, lunch and dinner and closes at 2:00am daily except Sunday 8:30am to 1:00am
$16.00 per hour plus gratuities, 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time, shift hours.
Completion of secondary education is required. 7 months to 1 year work experience as a Restaurant cook is required. Ability to communicate in English required.
Job description: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
