Job duties:
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers,
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Supervising and organizing contract trucking firms to haul out the produce
Carrying out seeding, spraying & harvesting operations
Organizing and supervising crop input inventories and logistics
Managing building and machinery maintenance schedules
Managing work schedules and hire or train farm workers
Employment Requirements:
-secondary edu is required
-1 to 2 years relevant experience is required
