-Planning ,organize and controlling restaurant operations;

– setting staff schedules and evalaute staff performances;

-check and control inventory and order when ever required;

– resolve customer problems;

-Ensure health and safety measures are implemented properly;

-Monitor revenues of restaurant and modify operations when required;

-Recruit and hire staff;

-Determine service types and implement operational procedures.
