Job Description

-Supervise Employees engaged in servers and other kitchen staff.
-To Maintain Cleaniness in food service area and equipments and sanitary standards are met.
-Hire and train workers in perofrmance of duties
-Prepare work schedules of kitchen staff and servers.
– Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote operations efficency;Evaluate work performance of employees.
-Keep records such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.

Job Requirements:
-Secondary School
-1 -2 years experience in relevant field.
