TOFIELD ESSO AND PIZZA HUT located at 5114-46 Avenue, Tofield, Alberta T0B 4J0 is accepting applications for the position of RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR.
$21.00 per hour, 37.5 to 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time, shift hours.
Completion of secondary education is required. 7 months to 1 year work experience in the retail sales is required. Ability to communicate in English is required. Ability to supervise 1-2 people.
Job description: Assign sales worker to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
