Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, walking, Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Air conditioned

Skills: Work conditions and physical capabilities: Be able to work with animals, Experienced in all breed grooming and specialty cuts both dogs and cats, computer skills required
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of groomers and to ensure that the different breeds of animal have the correct and breed specific cut, Perform dry cleaning and/or laundering activities in required, Arrange for the maintenance and repair works, Handle emergency situations, Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Prepare and submit progress and other reports, Establish work schedules and procedures, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, Train staff /workers in job duties specifically in grooming techniques, safety procedures and company policies, Resolve work related problems, Monitor quality and production levels, Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, Assist clients/guests with special needs
