Mann Meats and Indian Cusine needs one (1) Meat Cutter who can start as soon as possible. We are in Edmonton, Canada.
Wage: $20.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Will train
Job Duties:
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry and fish for sale at counters.
- Grinds meat and slice cooked meats using powered grinder and slicing machines.
- Prepare pieces of Tandoori chicke, goat, lamb and fish for marination.
- Prepare unique displays of meat, poultry and fish
- Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and may wrap prepared meats, poultry and fish
- Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine tha amount, product line and freshness of products
- Ensure food storage conditions are adequate.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods; Attention to detail; Physically demanding.
Equipment and Machinery Experience:
Slicing machine; Manual cutting utensil
