Job description:
• Supervising front desk operations such as guest checking, checkouts, room inventory and incoming phone calls;
• Supervise all staff member and delegate tasks in them;
• Establish Work Schedules and co ordinate activities with other departments;
• Hire and train staff in job duties;
• Interacting with hotel guests to ensure quality service of hotel. and answering questions and concerns of guests;
• Maintain hotel inventory and order new items as needed;
• Inspecting cleanliness of hotel areas and ensure that other hotel protocols are being followed.
Employment requirements:
-Secondary education is required;
-1 to 2 years experience is required;
