Tasks
Load, unload and transport construction materials, assist heavy equipment operators, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Sanding logs on finished log shells using an electric sander/grinder, sanding log stairs, cleaning the yard of debris when needed.
Helping builders if needed for landing logs, measuring, setting blocks, help in the loading of the logs onto flat deck trucks or into containers.
Process raw logs through the planers to remove bark, then use a draw knife to touch up the logs by hand. You will also be required to run a chain saw to cut logs into smaller, manageable pieces.
