Equipment and Machinery Experience: Power grinder, Manual cutting utensil, Band saw
Specific Skills: Cut carcasses, sides and quarters, Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, Remove bones from meat, Prepare special orders, Prepare special displays of meats, Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats
Work Setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment, Wholesalers
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
