Job requirements

Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare work schedules and procedures for day time dispatch
- Organize actions with other departments
- Train drivers in duties, work procedures and policies
- Determine and solve work related problems
- Prepare and submit reports weekly
- Assign and review work to his team of drivers
- Plan for maintenance and repair work of vehicles allotted to his team
- Arrange road safety training for his team of drivers and other staff
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
