Tasks
Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions, Repair or replace defective machinery parts, fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up, Estimate costs and materials, Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications, Operate machining tools to fabricate parts, Assembling machinery and equipment (prior to installation), Installing machinery and equipment, Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Perform equipment inspections and plant start-up procedures at the start of each shift; Maintain (Inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust, calibrate) plant and other equipment:

- Plant equipment includes, but is not limited to: CNC machines (gas cutting tables, anglemaster, drill line, band saws), rollers, shear, brake, welding equipment, overhead cranes, ironworker, blasting and painting equipment, small tools;
- Other equipment includes, but is not limited to: Aerial work platforms, small cranes, genie lifts,
- Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely manner;
- Participate in the selection of, and management of third-party maintenance suppliers, as require.
