Wages:
$19.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Operate and maintain machinery.
- Weighing and measuring ingredients use to produce tortillas.
- Mix and prepare ingredients such as flour, water, and cornmeal to create the dough for the tortillas.
- Monitor the production process to ensure that tortillas are being produced according to quality standards.
- Package and label product for shipment to customers and make sure that packaging is labelled correctly.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly and to prevent contamination of the food product.
- Maintain a strict level of personal and workplace hygiene.
