Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Specific Skills: Authorize return of merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Order stock, Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
