Wage:
$15.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Experience:
2 – 3 years experience in a food-related industry
Job Duties:
Supervise, schedule and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Address customers’ or concerns; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Hire food service staff; Prepare and submit reports on food cost, labour variance and revenues as per franchise guidelines.
