Salary: $17.00 to $17.50 hourly (to be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time/ 40 hours per Week “part-timers welcome”

Responsibilities

Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Supervise and check assembly of trays; Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys; Establish work schedules

Supervision: 3-4 people
