Punjab Chaat House offers East Indian Cuisine and an exclusive shop for Chaat pappri lovers. We need three (3) cook who can start as soon as possible. Preference will be given to cooks who have experience in East Indian Cuisine, but this is not a job requirement. Training will be provided to cooks who want to learn East Indian cooking.
Wage:
$16.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Prepare and complete meals and individual dishes and food
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions
- Estimate food requirements and cost and monitor and order supplies
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Manage kitchen operations
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Clean kitchen and work areas
