We need one (1) Assistant Café Manager who can start immediately. Our business location is in Lloydminster, Alberta.
Wage:
$21.70 per hour for 35 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.
Flexible availability, one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing.

Secondary School Graduation Certificate
Experience:
2 – 3 years experience in a food-related industry with some Supervisory experience.
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our franchise location.
- Implement operational procedures as per franchise guidelines.
- Hire staff, provide training, or arrange for training.
- Work with supervisor(s) to set shifts and oversee staff activities.
- Order inventory from franchise designated suppliers.
- Take responsibility of the business performance of franchise location.
- Implement marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
- Resolve complaints from customers and staff.
- Ensure terms and conditions of Food Handling permit are being followed by staff.
- Organize catering for special events or orders.
- Analyze and plan company’s sales level and profitability.
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week including staff control, food control and sales.
