Minimum Education- College,CEGEP, or diploma of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience .
Duties;-
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
Assign payments and the return of the merchandise.
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
Resolve issues that may arise ,including customer requests ,complaints and supply shortages.
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes ,merchandising and personal matters.
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff and monitor and report on performance.
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained ,such as tore displays signage and cleanliness.
May work the same duties as supervised.
May perform the key holding and managerial duties if required such as opening and closing the store ,managing escalated complaints ,developing and implementing marketing strategies and signing the deliveries.
Team player and problem solver and quick thinker.
Ability to physically lift,push ,pulls up to 50 lbs.
Must be committed to a SAFE working envorinment.
