$37.00 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time, day, night, weekend shift.
Completion of college or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required. 2 years to less than 3 years work experience in retail in a supervisory capacity is required. Ability to communicate in English is required.
Job description: Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitor’s operations on sales. Implement price and credit policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
