Job duties:
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers;
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations;
Managing and maintaining produce’ s Inventories;
Supervising and organizing contract trucking firms to haul out produce;
Carrying out seeding, spraying & harvesting operations ;
Organizing and supervising crop input inventories and logistics;
Managing building and machinery maintenance schedules May perform general farm duties.
Hire or train farm workers
Employment Requirements:
-Secondary edu is required
-1 to 2 years relevant experience is required.
