Wages:
$30.00 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time

Job Duties:
- Constructing decks, pergolas, gazebos, fences, retaining walls, and other wooded structures to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Crafting custom outdoor furniture, benches, planters, and other wooden items based on clients’ specifications.
- Performing repairs and maintenance on existing outdoor structures and features, such as fixing loose boards, replacing damaged components, and refinishing surfaces.
- Installing features like outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and water features which may involve carpentry work for framing ang finishing.
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and design plans to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Selecting appropriate lumber and other materials for each project based on durability, aesthetics, and budget considerations.
- Accurately measuring and cutting lumber and other materials to the required dimensions using hand and power tools.
- Applying stains, paints, sealants, and other finishes to protect and enhance the appearance of wooded structures and features.
- Adhering to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
