We need two (2) Cooks who can start immediately. Our company, Aapna Meat Sweets Dosa specializes in South Indian Cuisine. Preference will be given to cooks who have experience in Indian cuisine, but it is not a job requirement. Training will be provided to cooks who want to learn Indian way of cooking.
Wages:
$15.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Order supplies and equipment, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Manage kitchen operations; Organize and manage Buffets and banquets.
