The Canmore Hotel Hostel is looking for four (4) Cooks who can start immediately. We are in Canmore, Alberta, Canada.
Wages:
$17.50 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

1 – 2 years experience in commercial cooking

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes and food; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order suppliers; Inspect kitchen and food service areas; Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food; Order supplies and equipment; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment; Clean kitchen and work areas; Manage kitchen operations
