- Prepare and cook Indian chaat, i.e. Raj Kachori, Bhalla Papri Chaat, Aloo Tikki, Gol Gappa, Choley Bhature, Chutney, Samosa, Spring Rolls, Indian style noodles, Soya Chomps, Amritsari Kulcha, Bhel Puri, Pav Bhaji, Kathi Roll, Pakora, Indian style Manchurian, Vada Pav etc.
Duties of Indian sweet maker:
- Prepare and cook Indian sweets, i.e. Gulab Jamun, Plain Burfi, Pista Burfi, Kheer Kadam, Khoya, Chocolate Khoya Burfi, Kaju Katli, Moong Dal Burfi, Jalebi, Besan Ladoo, Sandesh, Cham-cham, Petha, Balu Shai, Gujia, Emrati, Peda, Ghevar, Chanderkala, etc.
