O G B Enterprises Ltd dba Nirvana Restaurant at 6482 Victoria Drive in Vancouver, BC is hiring full time and permanent cooks to prepare Indian ethnic dishes. Must be able to cook all kinds of ethnic dishes. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Duties would be to cook food and dishes as per order, manage kitchen operations, plan menus, ensure quality of food meet standards, determine size of proportions, estimate food requirements, supervise, direct & train kitchen helpers, help maintain inventory, keep the cooking area clean. Experience of 1 year or more as an Indian cook is required. No minimum education required. Language required is English. A salary of $ 18.50/hr will be paid.
