The Canmore Hotel Hostel is in the main street of Canmore, Alberta. It is set in the valley of the Three sisters mountain range, this simple hostel in a former hotel built in 1890’s. We need two (2) cooks who can start immediately.
Wage: $16.00 per hour for 35 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 – 2 years

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies; Inspect kitchen and food service areas; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Order supplies and equipment; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Clean kitchen and work areas; Manage kitchen operations; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
