BDS Drywall Ltd at 976 E 52 avenue in Vancouver, BC is hiring Drywall installer and Finisher for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to trim rough edges from wallboard to maintain even joints, using knife, Fits and fastens wallboard or sheetrock into specified position, using hand tools, portable power tools, or adhesive. Measures and marks cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim, using a tape measure, straightedge or square, and marking devices, installs blanket insulation between studs and tracks plastic moisture barrier over insulation, installs horizontal and vertical metal or wooden studs for attachment of wallboard on interior walls, using hand tools. Work will be at various locations across the lower mainland. Minimum education required is secondary school. Minimum experience of one year or more as drywall installer and finisher is required. Salary $ 29.00/hr. will be given. Minimum work 30hrs to 40 hrs./week will be given. Relocation cost will be paid. 2 days off per week. Overtime will be paid if any.
