We need two (2) East Indian Cooks who can start immediately. Our company, Aapna Meat Sweets Dosa specializes in East Indian Cuisine. Preference will be given to cooks who have experience in Indian cuisine, but it is not a job requirement. Training will be provided to cooks who want to learn Indian way of cooking.
Wages:
$17.50 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook East Indian cuisine for buffet and individual dishes
- Prepare and cook special meals for patrons as required (e.g. spicy, mild, nut free, etc)
- Maintain inventory and records of food (perishable and non-perishable), supplies and equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
