Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Inspect kitchens and foodservice areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas
