Job duties:
Greet Customers. Clear, clean and set tables. Recommend wines that complement patron’s meal. Make recommendations. Serve food and beverages, general plate service, formal or French service. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, traveler’s cheques or room billings. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers. Advise on menu selections. Clean work areas and do other related job duties as the workers supervised
