Rasoi The Indian Kitchen specializes in East Indian cuisine. Our cuisine is inspired by the elegance, culture, and grandeur of a distant time. We need one (1) food service supervisor who can start as soon as possible.
Wage:
$16.50 per hour for 35 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply. Flexible availability between one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing. The store is open 11 AM to 10 PM (Monday to Friday) and 11 AM to 10 PM (Saturday and Sunday)

Education and work experience:
Completion of a college program in food service administration, hospitality management or related discipline, the experience will be an asset

If no education in food service administration, hospitality management or related discipline, then a minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation or service is required.
Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Establish work schedules; Establish methods to meet work schedules; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Address customer’s complaints or concerns
