We need one (1) Food Service Supervisor who can start immediately. We are located inside the Kingsway Mall in Edmonton, Alberta
Wage:
$16.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 – 2 years in the food service industry
Work Setting:
Fast food outlet of concession
Workers Supervised:
Food Service counter attendants and food preparers
Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage; Establish work schedules; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Establish methods to meet work schedules
