Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: English
Work Setting: Restaurant, Fast Food Outlet
Food Service Supervisor Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other: Part timers are welcome, Free food during the shift hours!
