Job description :
• Supervising the front staff as well as the kitchen staff;
• Checking the food quality and making sure the food quality is maintained even during busy hours;
• Supervising the labour and food cost of the restaurant;
• Reporting directly to manager about staff performance and arranging staff meetings ;
• Hire, Fire and train staff on a regular basis;
• Helping the staff whenever required;
• Keeping a record of the inventory and checking the food supplies, stocks and ensuring the standards of quality are met every time;
• Providing excellent customer service to the clients;
• Making sure the safety methods are followed by all the staff members.
Employment requirements:
-1 to 2years education is required
-Secondary education is required
